1. Eligibility for Refunds
– Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
– The flowers are damaged or wilted upon arrival.
– The wrong product was delivered.
– Non-delivery due to an error on our part.
2. Refund Process
– Customers must report any issues within *24 hours* of receiving the order by contacting our customer service with a photo of the product.
– Once verified, a replacement may be offered first before issuing a refund.
– Refunds will be processed within *5-7 business days* to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
– Customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
– Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
– Issues reported beyond 24 hours after delivery.
– Personal preference (e.g., change of mind).
4. Order Cancellations
– Cancellations requested *at least 24 hours before delivery* are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within *less than 24 hours* of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
